Hi Peter,

Good seeing you in the park.
We had a very small group, probably due to the rain. But notably we had a birder from Belgium and also two from the UK, as well as one from Costa Rica...(Rafael!) All but the Costa Rica guy got multiple lifers, which is always fun.

Eventually the weather cleared and became a nice, blustery Fall day. Unfortunately, there weren't many birds in the park, but after all we were able to dig up 54 species....

The highlights were ten species of Sparrows including 2 Clay-colored, Vesper (not the one at the ball fields), and a white-crowned.
