Hi Peter,
Good seeing you today.

We had a fun walk on a beautiful day. It wasn't super birdy but once again there were some good ones. Highlights were 3 Orchard Orioles, a Worm-eating Warbler that was moving fast but at least stayed in our area for a long time; a flyover Common Loon, Field Sparrow, 10 species of warblers and 60 species overall. Not too bad for the day after northerly winds.

Here's the list. I'll post a few pictures on the FB site.

Best regards,
Tom

Hi Peter,
Patience prevailed today. We had a great group, and mostly cooperative weather. The northern end of the park was very quiet, but the further along we got the birdier it became.
We ended up with 56 species. Highlights included Yellow-throated and Prothonotary Warblers, both showing very well. We did get the bird whose name cannot be pronounced, which was a highlight. And there were very large numbers of Blue-gray Gnatchatchers, swallows, Blue-headed Vireo, Pine Warblers (1,000s....!), Ruby-crowned Kinglets, Wood Duck, and many more species. Ed spotted a flyover Common Loon, and there were a total of 9 species of warblers found.

Here's the list. I'll send a couple of photos later.

Best regards,
Tom
