Kathy and I filled in for Rob today. Along with Emily and Gus we had an initially quiet morning. Baseball fields had savannah and chipping sparrows and a few palms. Lookout was fairly quiet, Kathy had at Black-throated Blue. As has been the case for the Thursday and weekend walks, things picked up on the south end of park by lake and 3-sisters. Gus spotted a red-breasted nuthatch. We saw the Great Cormorant on a buoy between 3-sisters and peninsula. Kathy found a late (for eBird) yellow warbler and willow flycatcher. We did not cover lullwater or peninsula.
